Merchants Manager
We are looking for an experienced Merchants / Franchising Manager to manage immediate response to leads to screen and onboard merchants who can be aligned with the business strategy in the long term. In addition, he will also be responsible for the setup and operational activities of the Response Management unit. Applicant must have minimum 5 years of experience working in franchising environment at a key position preferably in both the departments. Strong awareness in receiving customer information/feedback through Online, Facebook & website, SMS, WhatsApp, Phone calls and respond accordingly to promote business.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage immediate response to leads received from marketing department and other referral channels.
2. Respond to merchant queries on product related phone calls and emails.
3. Liaising with and reporting to the CEO
4. Develop strategies to enhance our merchant experience.
5. Conduct market analysis to optimize seller/buyer experience.
Core competencies: Hiring, training, and preparing call center representatives to respond to customer questions and complaints and troubleshoot problems with services or products. Ensuring agents understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards, and policies.
