The candidate must have 10 to 15 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
The candidate must have strong leadership and team building skills.
Must have a proven track record of successfuly launching real estate projects.
The candidate is expected to train and monitor sales team and handle the advertising campaign on different platforms.
Should have strong knowledge of ATL and BTL marketing techniques and should be able to plan and expedite marketing activities accordingly.
The candidate should have a strong sales background and play a pivotal role in formulating sales stragtegies for his/her team.
Set weekly and monthly monetary goals for the sales team to achieve.
Arrange weekly sales report meetings with the management.
Keeping record of sales productivity.
Ensuring that the sales team delivers the desired results.
Perform any other assigned task by management.
The job location is in KPK and might invlove ocassional travel.
