Customer Service is one of the key pillars of our business and we are currently hiring a Customer Support Manager, who shares our passion for creating the best possible experience for every customer. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Dealing with customer chat queries including but not limited to product information, suggestions, feedback etc.
  • Making relevant CRM entries to update the relevant customer profiles.
  • Dealing with customer cases in a professional manner and using CRM to track cases with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Communicating with potential customers on Facebook, Whatsapp, and phone to generate sales while using upselling and cross-selling tactics to maximize revenue.
  • Meeting the Productivity and Quality KPIs, as per target assigned.
  • Participate in regular skincare training sessions and eventually provide basic consultation to clients. 

He/She must have the following skills Presentation Skills Client Relationships Emphasizing Excellence Energy Level Negotiation Prospecting Skills Meeting Sales Goals Creativity Sales Planning Independence Motivation for Sales Education.

Team leading Requirements:

  • Preferred At least 10 years of sales experience Real estate background will be marked as preference.
  • Strategic leadership ability.Specific Tasks Cold calling Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

What we are looking for: 

  • Minimum Undergraduate degree
  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role, involving a high volume of customer queries, preferably at a real estate or a construction company. 
  • Excellent Written English
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a vibrant personality
  • Experience using CRM would be highly beneficial.
