We are looking for a Construction / Operations Manager for construction and maintenance & repair business who holds a PEC card.
The candidate will have the following: Be energetic, very hardworking, honest, and trustworthy.
Must have knowledge of construction and maintenance industry with a knack for handling vendors, labour and workers.
He must have attention to detail and must be willing to put in extra hours to get the work done.
Must have good technical knowledge of:
Day to Day Operations, HR management, dispatching of workers, project management, customer complaint handling, vendor management, knowledge of tools, tool management, logistics management, vehicle management cost management
Candidates with at least 3-4 years experience in the construction industry as well experience in above should apply.
We need someone who can even work on weekends and night time if required to meet important deadlines.
You must have Civil Engineering Degree and hold a PEC Card which you shall submit to our company for PEC purposes.
