POSITION SUMMARY:
Sales and Support engineer will take a front line role to introduce our services to clients. Sales and Support engineer is responsible for consistently delivering differentiated and personalized customer experiences by executing various customer management techniques and a maniacal focus on client satisfaction.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES AND TASKS
- To respond to customer inquiries via email and phone providing information and closing orders.
- To promote various bio medical equipments in diffrent hospitals
- To visit diffrent customers on daily basis for order generation and support
- To look after the repair and priodic maintranance of various bio medical equipments
- To help in achieving company wide objective, while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- To prepare Tender/ Quotation for customers.
- to conduct a servey of diffrent hospitails
- To maintain a list of customer feedback for over all service improvement and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- To manages time and company resources appropriately.
- To performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
