The delivery of this role will require analysis into the healthcare industries in Pakistan; including hospitals, private practices, insurance and pharmacy. The analyst is to analyze the governments role in the healthcare industry, and focus on the challenges, opportunities, and competition within the field. The findings are to be presented in a formalized report within 90 days, through conducting research, interpreting data, and making recommendations accordingly. This role will involve engagement within the healthcare, insurance and wellness industries, for The Health Bank, a global health and wellness company, soon launching its product offerings in Karachi, Pakistan. The candidate will be required to monitor, analyze and improve the company’s business and market strategy, through conducting research, interpreting data, and making recommendations accordingly.

Reports to:    Head of Strategy 

Responsibilities:

·         Identify market trends, new business opportunities, and challenges

·       ·          Conduct surveys to evaluate market potential for different products and services. 

·         Conducting research on market insights, business opportunities, industry trends, competing organizations, customer demographics, new technologies and more.

·         Use experience and skills to propose a recommended course of action and the way forward, based on findings

·         Explore opportunities with relevant stakeholders

·         Track and record metrics, data and statistics on company performance, connections, client retention, customer retention, and finances on a regular basis.

·         Deliver a formalized report by within the given deadline

·         Maintaining and developing client/partner relationships and communication

·         Conducting research on market insights, business opportunities, industry trends, competing organizations, customer demographics, new technologies and more.

·         Use experience and skills to propose a recommended course of action and the way forward, based on findings

·         Track and record metrics, data and statistics on company performance, connections, client retention, customer retention, and finances on a regular basis.
