- Ensure that all workings are occurred in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements.
- Relationship management with vendors.
- Management of warehouse.
- Strong coordination among client servicing & media and tracking department.
- Management of timelines during campaigns and prepare a document on timelines of execution of campaigns and get it signed and approved by the line manager
- Developing vendor payment plans with finance department within 2 days of locking the deal.
- Responsible for scheduling and implementing advertising campaigns.
- Monitoring requests from the team members and coaching team members as needed.
- Prepare and submit a budget for each campaign to the management.
- Plan operational strategies for the organization and execute those strategies.
- Dealing with vendors and locking the vendors on daily basis.
- Any other task assigned by the line management
