Roles & Responsibility:

  • To study and explore national and international curricula in order to be competitive.
  • To assess and facilitate operations and program administration in the development of new programs and support material.
    1. To develop standardized trainings and instructional material development in coordination with trade experts.
  • To coordinate and facilitate examination process.
  • To seek employers’ feedback regarding curricula contents
  • To assist and train staff towards lecture and training material development.
  • To study, suggest and facilitate operations in the accreditation / affiliation processes.
  • To issue THF certification based on approved criteria.
  • To study and explore local and international examination tools and methodologies.
  • To assist and train staff towards online examination process.
  • To supervise and organize central online examination system for all THF institutes
  • To coordinate and facilitate institutes during online examination process.
  • To develop schedule, prepare online examination papers, alignment of students, prepare attendance for all trades of institutes
  • To compile results and analyze trends.

Preferred skill sets:

  • Curriculum development experience preferably in technical vocational (TVET) sector.
  • Experience in training material development including presentation, lectures and practical.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Formal teaching and training experience, TVET preferred.
  • Knowledge of teaching and learning methodologies and tools.

Mandatory skill sets:

  • Excellent Microsoft office skills in Word, Power Point, Excel.
  • Experience of using learning management system (LMS) for  class scheduling and lectures management.
  • Experience of using learning management system (LMS) for online examination management
  • Knowledge and experience of multiple LMS would be a plus.
  • Ability to deliver results under close timelines.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Self-motivated individual with positive thinking.

Registered in 2008 under the Societies Act 1860, Hunar Foundations took its first batch in January 2010 in premises supplied by Delhi Mercantile Society, Karachi in its DMS School facility. The students gave their City & Guilds exam at the end of the year and till 2019 14 batches had graduated with one year diplomas. Since then Hunar has added its Rashidabad (near Tando Allah Yar), Lahore (Bedian Road), Multan (Pak Arab Fertilizer) and Kharian campuses as well as a women’s institute in Karachi that started in 2015 and is in the process of relocation to a new modern upgraded facility.
