Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of the strategic plan for fundraising that is aligned to the overarching business objectives.
  •  Identify new potential income streams and produce strategies to access these funds.
  • Build strategies for expanding donor database and geographical reach for new, long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and implement the Corporate Sales strategy along with sales generation process which includes planning, cold calling, and potential targets.
  • Explore new partnerships to increase the organization’s reach and the resources generated.
  • Develop innovative ways of expanding reach, increasing the vitality of the brand, increasing customer/donor engagement, maximizing the generation of funds.
  • Research and prioritize corporate donors to proactively approach them for new business.
  • Ensure that organization and the donor objectives are met to maximize income and opportunities from each relationship.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with corporate donors to ensure appropriate networking and presence at relevant events.

  • Proven ability to build, manage and develop key stakeholder, client and donor relationships.
  • Outstanding Presentation & Communication Skills.
  • Strong IT Skills including MS Office Suit and Database Management.

Registered in 2008 under the Societies Act 1860, Hunar Foundations took its first batch in January 2010 in premises supplied by Delhi Mercantile Society, Karachi in its DMS School facility. The students gave their City & Guilds exam at the end of the year and till 2019 14 batches had graduated with one year diplomas. Since then Hunar has added its Rashidabad (near Tando Allah Yar), Lahore (Bedian Road), Multan (Pak Arab Fertilizer) and Kharian campuses as well as a women’s institute in Karachi that started in 2015 and is in the process of relocation to a new modern upgraded facility.
