Job Responsibilities/Projects include:

  • Manages all Administrative functions i.e. Housekeeping, Gardening, Fleet Management,
  • Transportation, Event Management, Travel Management, Fire and Safety etc.
  • Ensures that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures.
  • Oversees building and grounds maintenance, Operates and maintains custodial functions.
  • Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security/surveillance etc.
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
  • Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.
  • Oversees and supervises the quality of work for other employees to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively.
  • Manages and reviews service contracts, Checks completed work by vendors and contractors.
  • Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees.
  • Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the financial and physical resources of the facility management.
  • Liaison with Government department i.e. KESC, WAPDA, SSGC, Water Board, EPA etc.
  • Any other job assigned by the management.

Registered in 2008 under the Societies Act 1860, Hunar Foundations took its first batch in January 2010 in premises supplied by Delhi Mercantile Society, Karachi in its DMS School facility.
