Job Responsibilities:

  • Guide and oversee Institute Academic teams on effective and efficient program delivery;
  • Liaise with Academic Planning and Development for smooth implementation of Programs;
  • Guide Institute in Program Scheduling and Planning;
  • Oversee the quality of training delivered at THF institutes;
  • Assess Institute academic performance at defined intervals and propose improvements;
  • Supervise internal and external assessments and guide institute on examination requirements and deliverables;
  • Conduct routine faculty training.

Competencies & Skills:

  • Proficient in English language and MS office.
  • Data Analysis Skills Gender: No Preference Age: 25 – 35 Years.
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 Years of relevant industry.
  • Salary Range: 35,000 - 45,000.

Registered in 2008 under the Societies Act 1860, Hunar Foundations took its first batch in January 2010 in premises supplied by Delhi Mercantile Society, Karachi in its DMS School facility. The students gave their City & Guilds exam at the end of the year and till 2019 14 batches had graduated with one year diplomas.
