Job Responsibilities:

  •  Establish and promote high standards and expectations for all trainees and staff for academic performance
  •  Manage, evaluate and supervise effective and clear procedure for the operation and functioning of the institute consistent with the vision, mission, values and goals of institute including instructional programs, extracurricular activities, and discipline systems to ensure a safe and orderly climate, building maintenance, program evaluation, personnel management, office operation and emergency procedure
  • Arrange manage and supervise the students admission process and campaign for transparency and targets of student’s induction.
  • Enforce and supervise transparent assessment system within institute
  • Maintain and ensure the working condition of all equipment and machinery in the workshops
  •  Ensure the update and maintenance of all academic and office records as per standard formats (QSP formats where applicable)
  • Arrange and having meetings with surrounding industries for internships and placement of institute graduates
  • Arrange training sessions in coordination with HR/AQA/Industry for staff to upgrade and update their professional and personal skills.
  • Arrange motivational speech sessions through industries and personal contacts for trainees’ interest and encouragement.
  • Arrange industrial visits for trainees to have practical life exposure
  • Supervise the instructional programs of the institute, evaluating lesson plans and observing classes on a regular basis to encourage the use of a variety of instructional strategies and materials
  • Supervise in a fair and consistent manner effective discipline and attendance systems.
  • Ensure a safe, orderly environment that encourages students to take responsibility for behavior and creates high morale among staff and trainees.
  • Arrange consumables, tools and equipment for operation of institute through coordination with procurement department through prescribed system
  • Establish and maintain an effective inventory system for all school supplies, materials and equipment.
  • Prepare and Monitor financial budgets for the Institute.
  • Ensure safety and security a Institute.
  • Regular check over the work of Gardner, Janitor Staff and office staff.
  • Use effective presentation skills when addressing students, staff, parents, and the community including appropriate vocabulary and examples, clear and legible visuals, and articulate and audible speech
  •  Use excellent written and oral English skills when communicating with students, parents and staff.
  • Complete in a timely fashion all records and reports as requested by the Corporate office.
  •  Communicate with the corporate office regularly about the needs, successes and general operation of the institute.
  • Establish procedures for safe storing and integrity of all public and confidential institute records. Ensure that student records are complete and current.
  •  Provide data for the sponsored trainees to RMD/Grants departments and update them for the progress of trainees
  • Ensure availability of all documents for the audit.
  • Arrange and attend required committee meetings (e.g.: marketing, admission, curriculum, etc.) and extra school sponsored functions and national events e.g.
  •  Community service, Independence Day Confirmation, Graduation ceremony etc.).
  •  Perform any duties that are within the scope of employment as assigned by the management.
