Job purpose

Responsible for providing quality instructions to students regarding IT & computer graphics & designing through well prepared classes, relevant assignments, fair and holistic assessment of learning, clear documentation of student progress, and support of the academic success.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Prepare and update course plans every semester.
  • Design effective session plans at least a week prior and submit to the line manager for approval.
  • Implement and conduct planned and schedule theory and practical academic sessions.
  • Prepare and check formative assessments / examination papers.
  • Participate in curriculum development and all academics related tasks in order to improve teaching and learning standards.
  • Mark students’ daily course attendance on the portal and keep a follow up of absentees.
  • Work on students’ overall grooming and personal development and prepare them for the local industry.
  • Maintain personal (instructor) folder/file as per the given format in an organized manner and ensure all documents are properly maintained.
  • Ensure compliance of code of conduct, company’s policies and refrain from disciplinary issues.
  • Provide support to all the faculty members as well as admin staff as and when needed.
  • Participate actively in admission campaign drive and other activities for the benefit of the organization and students.
  • Photo editing and graphics development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT.
  • Certifications in IT/Graphics/ will be a plus
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the field.
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience or mentoring role.
