• Support and maintain the vision, mission, priorities, and guiding principles of THF

• Coordinate the functioning of all Chapter’s daily operations, projects, and tasks

• Understand the strategic direction and purpose of the Chapters and support stated strategies and business needs

• Provide administrative support for fundraising activities, which includes tracking all donations, maintaining the current database of prospects, facilitate the process of issuance of tax receipts and preparing the information needed for meetings, where applicable

• Maintain the chapter database and files. Oversee input of data concerning fundraising events, volunteers, and donors. Retrieve information from the database for reports as required

• Oversee the preparation of all financial reporting and record-keeping. Ensure that the chapter is complying with THF Accounting Guidelines and local audit guidelines.

• Support all Chapter Board Members in preparation of reports /providing information to the required personnel in a timely manner

• Work with THF Pakistan team to ensure all Chapters receive the proper support and guidance

• Coordinate chapter activity calendar and ensure proper office support from THF Pakistan office for all necessary tasks

• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all information is maintained

Registered in 2008 under the Societies Act 1860, Hunar Foundations took its first batch in January 2010 in premises supplied by Delhi Mercantile Society, Karachi in its DMS School facility. The students gave their City & Guilds exam at the end of the year and till 2019 14 batches had graduated with one year diplomas.
