Assist in students’ and alumni related affairs at the institute

Examination Secretary

  • Ensure timely registration, coordinating and compilations of all examinations forms for T.T.B
  • Students nomination for City & Guilds exams
  • Receive & check mark sheets & examination forms of T.T.B & City & Guilds.
  • Report to RMD at the Corp Office for institute and student information requests
  • Maintain and update THF students and graduates data on Students Management System

Arrangement of Exposure Trips

  • Arrange quarterly/ bi-annual industrial visits for students
  • Arrange quarterly/ bi-annual students week
  • Arrange visits of students in Expo (for related subjects)

Admission Campaign

  • Manage information desk in academic exhibition
  • Admission camps in different areas for the institute
  • Arrange for marketing material in coordination with the RMD team and keep a stock check for the same

Liaison with Industrie

  • Update data of all current students and graduates
  • Organize and hold alumni sessions and build up an alumni network
  • Industrial liaison with regards to placements for graduates
  • Look for placement opportunities for students near their localities
  • Update all potential and current employers data and keep them engaged

Administration

  • Collection of admission & tuition fee from students’
  • Receive and escort visitors’ and guests’
  •  Maintaining attendance and log for the activities of janitorial staff, drivers, gatekeeper and office boy
  • Issuance of ID cards and other student related documents
  • Verification of applicants documents
  • Interview and assessment of applicants
  • Participation in the examination and entry test process as and when needed
  • Photocopying and scanning of the documents
  • Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually enrollment, dropout, attendance and other activities related reports generation
  •  Managing and assisting in the interview scheduling and execution
  • Managing and recordkeeping with efficient filing system
  • Timely digitizing of data
  • Coordination with the instructors, institutes and industries when needed
  • Comply with the policies and procedures of the organization
  • Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities
  • Adhere to the instructions and task assign time to time
