Job Responsibilities include:
- To conduct all the practical related to theory of the trade as per City and Guilds.
- Develop and prepare teaching material.
- Preparation of monthly test and making the results.
- Maintain and check the portfolios and practical/theory copies prepared for all students of the batch.
- Managing the workshops/classroom of the institute clean and decorated with the help of staff, instructors and students.
- Maintaining the tool, equipment and machinery of the workshop in working condition.
- Prepare and share periodic reports regarding the inventory of the workshops.
- Comply with “instructions, rules & regulations, tasks assigned time to time.
- Record the attendance of students of the respective trade.
- Carry out campaign for new admission such as road show (b) entry test (c) interview.

The Hunar Foundation
Registered in 2008 under the Societies Act 1860, Hunar Foundations took its first batch in January 2010 in premises supplied by Delhi Mercantile Society, Karachi in its DMS School facility. The students gave their City & Guilds exam at the end of the year and till 2019 14 batches had graduated with one year diplomas. Since then Hunar has added its Rashidabad (near Tando Allah Yar), Lahore (Bedian Road), Multan (Pak Arab Fertilizer) and Kharian campuses as well as a women’s institute in Karachi that started in 2015 and is in the process of relocation to a new modern upgraded facility.
