We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Remote Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement across all key platforms. This role requires an individual who can work independently, communicate flawlessly across time zones, and has a proven track record of growing an online audience and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Management

  • Develop and Execute Strategy: Design and implement a cohesive social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube) to align with overall marketing and business objectives.

  • Content Calendar: Own and manage the full content calendar, ensuring timely, high-quality, and on-brand posts.

  • Paid Social: Plan, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with a focus on maximizing ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs) like lead generation, traffic, or conversions.

  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure a unified brand message and support product/service launches.

Content Creation & Community

  • Content Production: Create, curate, and edit engaging multimedia content (copy, images, short-form video/Reels, carousels) that reflects the brand voice and aesthetic.

  • Community Management: Act as the voice of the brand, actively monitor, and engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages to foster positive relationships.

  • Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, platform changes, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Performance Tracking: Utilize social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights) to measure the performance of campaigns and content.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders on social media performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • A/B Testing: Conduct continuous A/B testing on content formats, posting times, and calls-to-action to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
