- Responsible to develop items (Questionnaire) for multiple clients
- Responsible to verify / cross check the questions & answers from subject experts
- Administer the collection, input and maintenance of accurate student data as necessary
- Responsible to maintain record of ISQ & all recruitment test conducted by IBP
- Maintain confidentiality of examination papers and other materials
- Ensure delivery of all relevant exam materials, providing safe custody, examination stationery, materials including question papers, in accordance with regulations
- Respond promptly to routine enquiries and requests for information
- Ensure that a positive departmental and corporate image is created and maintained at all times
- Engage and support internal networks in order to ensure the dissemination of information in the right format to the right people at the right time
- Build relationships and contacts to facilitate future exchange of information.
- Provide a consistent, quality standard of service delivery to staff, students and others as appropriate
- Contribute to building team morale as an active participant in the team
- Support and encourage others in the team, helping to build co-operation by applying a flexible approach to delivering team results
