• Configure and maintain LAN/WAN, wireless equipment and related services
  • Identify, diagnose and resolve network problems
  • Assist in system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
  • Monitor system resource utilization, trends and capacity planning
  • Maintain log and Quality assurance
  • Ensure serviceable network operations
  • Liaise and coordinate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
  • Mail Support- creation, outlook configuration on client system or mobile
  • Ensure removal of off-boarded employee’s accessibility / email, from system
