Job Purpose / mandate:
To take care of the CRM when it comes to trainings and to ensure on ground arrangements are taken care of before, after and on the day of training.
Specific duties and responsibilities
Update the list of nominations the CRM
Make attendance sheet, ensure it is properly filled and filed
Make arrangements for the trainings along with admin which includes:
Printing, filing and filling of the feedback forms post getting sign off from the Director/CE
Making arrangements for the photographer and training photograph
Printing of the certificates
Stuffing of the photograph and certificate in the training folder
To provide on ground support to the trainers and the trainees if they require anything like flip boards/markers/projector etc.
Coordinate with ITD to ensure there are no Technical glitches
