- To take care of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) when it comes to trainings and to ensure on ground arrangements of training session(s) and taken care of before, after and on the day of training.
- Update the list of nominations for training in the CRM.
Make necessary arrangements for the Trainings along with Administration dept. which includes:
- Training Venue availability and arrangements as pe no. of candidates.
- Menu arrangements for Trainers and Training participants
- Name tags for participants.
- To make sure availability of Information about Trainings at every step.
- Arrange Folders / Stationery for participants.
- Make attendance sheet for partcipants, ensure it is properly filled and filed respectively.
Make sure the availibility and Gather feedback forms from trainers and trainees after each educational session and getting sign off from the concern Director/CE.
Responsible to monitor, evaluate, or record training activities and program effectiveness.
Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
Provide support to trainers to enable them to work efficiently to the fullest potential.
To provide on ground support to the trainers and the trainees if they require anything like flip boards/markers/projector etc.
Making arrangements for the photographer for training photograph
Coordinate with IT Department to ensure there are no Technical glitches.
Printing of the certificates.
*Candidate must be of Good looking and well of personality.
