We’re seeking an experienced quality assurance specialist to build upon this reputation on urgent basis with at least 2 year of experience.
As a SQA Engineer the candidate will estimate, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
The candidate should assume responsibility, exercise leadership, seek new challenges, take initiatives, thinking out of the box and should be a good team player.
Responsibilities
- Understanding of the Agile System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the role of Software Testing in that cycle.
- Translate business requirements/user stories into acceptance test scenarios/cases, use cases, and test scripts to demonstrate that the end product meets the requirements.
- Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Prioritize and plan testing activities
- Play the role of test engineer: Design, develop, and execute automated tests
- Writing and reviewing technical product documentation.
Requirements:
- BS/ MS in Software Engineering
- 2- 3 years of working experience
- Unit testing,
- API automation testing using Postman or any other tool is mandatory.
- Develop, document and manage test plans for each assignment.
- System integration testing,
- Security testing, performance and stress testing,
- Functional testing
- User acceptance testing,
- Must be familiar with SDLC and STLC
- Ability to test in different environments, different OS, Android, iOS, screen resolutions
- Experience in test automation and or secure coding practices.
- Should possess extraordinary analytical, writing and reporting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Tools: TFS, SVN, JIRA and new technologies.
