We are a US based law firm, looking for a remote receptionist.
Job will be primarily to answer incoming calls from clients, taking messages, helping them resolve their queries, scheduling appointments, instructing them how to make payment for the consultation.
If a client has an issue, getting to the bottom of what is needed, and making sure our clients are happy and taken care of.
This job is based on US timings of Monday through Thursday 9 am to 6 pm, and Friday from 9 am to 1 pm.
Requires a reliable hardwired internet connection, a working computer with headset for mic and speaker.
Must be fluent in English and Urdu.
