· Identify sale opportunities by evaluating clients’ interests.
· Sell real estate projects by establishing a contact (via Call, Email, Sms, WhatsApp).
· Set up meetings with clients. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance and recommending new opportunities also update clients with profit and service improvements.
· Ability to meet deadlines and targets set by the company.
· Strong communication skills.
· Update clients data in Excel and take regular follow-ups.
