1.Key Functional Areas of Responsibility Perform daily account management both computerized and 2.Manual. Audit & Reporting platforms for a variety of Tenants & Staffs.
3. Provide Assistance in maintaining and monitoring mall’s fiscal policies, Developing and formulating 4.proper finance & Accounting system in shape of procedures and relevant supporting documents.
5. Responsible for Managing Company accounts both computerized and Manual, Audit & Reporting.
6. To work with Manager to improve the efficiency and quality of tenant’s contracts. 7. Effectively communicate and connect internal resources/ departments. 8. Controlling and generating tenants billing with related correspondence and Contract Documentation. 9.Maintaining a current Active tenants Contract database. 10. Other duties as assigned.
