Job Responsibilities:
- Dealing with day to day accounts related operational matters of the factories & regions.
- Responsible to involve in monthly management accounts closing process of factories i.e. Monthly depreciation computation.
- Accrual computation (i.e. Accrual of electricity, telephone, other allowance, postage & telegram, newspaper & periodicals & social security etc.)
- IPTN verification & posting.
- To ensure proper head wise classification of expenses and income.
- To ensure proper accounting treatment of adjusting entries i.e. Pre-paid rent etc. on monthly basis.
- To ensure closing of accounting period as per final check list on monthly basis.
- Responsible to assist HOD account and finance in monthly management accounts,preparation of all units as well as in preparation of consolidated financial statements.
