Operations Manager

We are in process of setting up a Company which will be serving as a data processing center for offshore clients, mainly accounting data. Same company will be handling high end tourism activities for foeign nationals and Overseas Pakistanis.

We need an Operations Manager who will be handling all the operations while in continuous touch with senior management. His/Her main role will be to assist with the paper work regarding registeration of firm, setting up whole office and operations, laison with senior management and shareholders, CONTENT writing for Marketing material and communication with Vendors and Customers, attending all the customers and Vendors.

Ideal candidate should be:

MBA or another holder of business degree, preferably male with mode of transportation (initially his own)
Marketing MBAs will be preferred, but not must, since Communication skills (Esp. English Writing & Speaking) are very important and a significant role involces writing of marketing content
Accounting knowledge is advantageous
Pleasant personality
Highly ambitious and Career Oriented who is willing to take the ownership of the tasks assigned to him/her
Can look longterm and at a bigger picture
Preferably from Reputable Universities with higher CGPAs

We intend to fill this role within next 2-3 weeks. Probation will be three months and monthly salary (All inclusive) during probation will be PKR 20,000/- which will be revised after confirmation.
