• Perform as HR Head while practicing all core HR functions to include administration, recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation management and managing employee relations and campuses matters of TMUC Pakistan
  • Processing Foreign visit documentation & Travel Bond
  • Notifications and Office orders(appointments, promotion, transfer)
  • Appreciations Letter & Visa Application processing
  • Interviewing for Recruitment & Selection of Permanent Staff/Visitng Faculty
  • Processing Terminations/Separations & Discipline/ Warnings issues
  • Approvals of Rewards & Compensation/Salary administration of Permanent Staff
  • Performance Appraisal processing of Permanent Staff
  • Approvals & processing of Expense claims
  • Approvals & processing of JDs of PS
  • Promoting the development of teaching and learning, including their quality and enhancement, across the full range of provision associated with the College.
  • Establishing and maintaining clear lines of financial responsibility and reporting; and approving financial systems operating across all academic programme areas and activities.
  • Providing the Board of Directors with such information as may be required to enable compilation of the college’s financial statements; implementation of financial planning; and implementation of audit and financial reviews, projects and value for money studies.
  •  Arranging internships for TMUC students and also participate/organize job fairs to introduce own graduating students into market
  • Develop, review, update and communicate all HR, Admin and Security related policies in response to institutional needs and legal requirements of TMUC.
  • Ensure Equal Employment Opportunity, Fair Treatment, Discipline/Grievance handling, etc and also supervise dealings with Government Departments.
