- Setup office of registry and student records at TMUC.
- Take control of all certificates, diplomas and degrees received by TMUC for further issuance to students.
- To effectively keep records of all academic transcripts (both in digital form and paper) and issue them to students based on standard process (SOP).
- Take control of all BTEC registrations on Pearson portal and keep file and report data as and when required.
- Centralize all degree and enrollment verification support for students.
- Keep record of and follow up pending pound payments from students who enroll in various academic programmes.
- Provide support in exam administration in liaison with academic departments, partner universities and local exam administrators (if any) such as British Council.
- Issue student ID Cards centrally to all campuses.
