Job Brief
The Oasis Golf & Aqua Resort located in the peaceful outskirts of Lahore along the Main Multan Road, is an idyllic members-only resort that has given a new meaning to family entertainment.
We are seeking an Accounts Executive in the Accounts Department at our head office in Gulberg, Lahore. Candidates having qualification of CA / ACCA with 2 years experience in an established firm of repute are eligible to apply. You should be familiar with debit, credit, ledgers & invoices.
Candidate must have knowledge of manual record keeping including ledgers, cash book, existing Income / Sales Tax laws & expertise in preparing Manual Financial Statements including Monthly P&L on Ms Excel.
Principal Accountabilities:
· Issue invoices to customers
· Issue monthly customer statements
· Update customer files with issued invoices
· Keeping accurate records for all daily transactions
· Communicating account balances to customers directly or via telecom.
Responsibilities:
· Process invoices
· Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
· Update internal systems with financial data
· Reconcile bank statements
· Participate in financial audits
· Track bank deposits and payments
Requirements:
· Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role
· Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
· Experience using financial software
· Advanced MS Excel skills
· Knowledge of financial regulations
· Excellent analytical and numerical skills
· Sharp time management skills
· Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
