The Oasis Golf & Aqua Resort located on Main Multan Road (Opp Honda Cars), is a members-only resort offering a wide array of facilities that has given a new meaning to family entertainment.
We intend to hire an On Duty Doctor for our resort, located on Main Multan Road, to deal with the medical emergencies occurring at the resort.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Examine and provide treatment to member & their guests at the resort as and when required.
- Provision of information and preventive health care and promotion of good health and health education amongst employees
- Training staff members with regards to health issues including First Aid training.
- Assist in preparation of medical emergency evacuation plans along with other departments.
- Report any health and safety hazards.
- Accompany the employees to the hospital as and whenever required.
- Attending to medical emergencies at the resort.
- Plan supplies well in advance and liaise with the Resort Manager to ensure availability of all medical equipment
- Attend and act as a First Aid Representative in all events at the Resort.
- Counsel and advise staff in all Medical related issues
- Perform relevant duties assigned by the management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Should be at least an MBBS
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Medical Practitioner in a reputed hospital
- Demonstrates energy and enthusiasm at work place
- Is courteous and helpful to colleagues & customers
- Demonstrates dedication and commitment to their role – flexible.
- Be fully conversant with all health and safety and hygiene procedures.
- Have excellent communication skills.
