- Carry out supplier reconciliations on regular basis.
- Carry out inter-company reconciliations on regular basis.
- Update GL after verifying supporting documents for completeness & accuracy & ensuring that expenses are within the set budget.
- Chase purchase department heads for timely submission of invoices against which POs are open so that monthly accounts can be closed on a timely basis.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by higher management.
