Job Description
- Develops and maintains documents for participating tenders.
- To identify prospects and targets, preparing presentations and drafting agreements.
- Assist and deal with general and incoming enquiries and preparing quotes accordingly.
- Coordination with sales engineers and operation team for the generation of quotations which helps the business in achieving the business targets
- Keeping track & update of Payments received from clients
- Ageing Analysis of Outstanding Payments
- Processing and management of invoices for all commercial activities.
- Exhibits a thorough knowledge of all pricing procedures and strategies to ensure that proposal/contract estimates are accurate and will deliver the expected return.
- Error free & timely documentation for ensuring timely cash inflow for the district.
Job/Person Specification
- Ideal Candidate must have at least bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in managing budgets
- Personal resilience, with the ability to self-motivate
- Ability to work under own initiative
