The Protechtors / Electronic Security Company are in integration and distribution business of Video Surveillance and Security Products for more than a decade.. We want a true first level manager to enhance sales and market share for world leading brands like Hikvision, Scout and Bosch.
- Setup new channel partners and oversee the on-boarding process.
- Skillfully avail all opportunities and craft new ideas to market and penetrate Bosch Public Address Systems to Dealers in Wholesale/Retail Electronic Markets across Pakistan.
- Coordinate, optimally utilize and drive assistants and executives
- Conduct regular meet-ups with existing dealers and channel partners
- Develop/execute business plans and provides timely, accurate reports and other information on partner activities.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
- Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel
- Periodic sales reporting and forecasting
- Working on cross selling opportunities within the organization
- Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis
- Travel within country usually four-six times per month, including some air travel.
- Proven experience of 3+ years as Marketing/Sales/Channel Management or similar role in Electronics Industry.
- Experience with Wholesale/Resellers Market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate at the audience level
- Creative thinker, able to use a structured approach, delivering on time and within budget.
