We are looking for an enthusiastic "Call Center Executive" for our Head Office located at Gulberg III, Lahore. Candidate will have to attend to customer’s calls and answer their requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services, record their requests for Sales team or forward their complaints to Development team.Responsibilities:
Respond to Questions and concerns of customers over the phone while trying to build a relationship with them for the sake of conversation.
Forward details of complaints/requests to Development or Sales team respectively.
Excellent communication skills; Energetic and Career Oriented; Some marketing skills;
Must have strong convincing power; Must be punctual.
