TRL HR Consultants is currently looking for “Recruitment Executive / Recruitment Consultants” for one of our clients based in Lahore.
- No. of Positions: 6
- It’s a permanent job.
- (Follow the UK time zone) Shift timings starts from 2pm till 11pm.
- Monday to Friday, Sat & Sun are off days.
- No Gender preference.
Education:
- Intermediate/Bachelors
Experience:
- 1-2 years (Candidates those have in/outbound international call center experience with excellent communication skills are also eligible)
Salary Range:
- 35-80K+ commission (commission amount would vary)
- Candidate will be involved in resourcing suitable candidates, as per the client requirement
- Calling and Initial interviewing them and book them for final assessment with client
- Negotiate with candidate and offer him/her a job role
- Recruitment Executive will be sourcing candidates from UK Market
Requirements:
- Strong English speaking, listening, and writing skills
- Basic skill of computer use
