The Red Hats Technologies is seeking an experienced Montessori Principal to lead and manage its Montessori education programs. This role requires a dedicated individual with prior experience as a Montessori Coordinator and proven capability in overseeing Montessori programs and activities. The Principal will be responsible for administering daily operations, guiding curriculum implementation, and ensuring the highest quality education aligned with Montessori principles. Additionally, the Principal will manage a skilled team of 10 staff members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment to support student development. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills essential for organizing various educational initiatives, including Summer Camp activities. Experience with NAVTTC projects or programs is preferred, enhancing the ability to integrate diverse educational opportunities. The role includes responsibilities related to budgeting, resource management, and classroom oversight, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources to maintain an enriching learning environment for children.
Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Montessori program, ensuring adherence to authentic Montessori curriculum and teaching methods.
  • Oversee daily operations of the Montessori classrooms, facilitating a supportive and engaging learning environment.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 10 teaching and administrative staff, promoting professional development and teamwork.
  • Develop and implement educational budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and use of resources.
  • Coordinate and supervise educational programs, including Summer Camp activities, to promote student growth and engagement.
  • Design and maintain Montessori classroom environments that support independent learning and creativity.
  • Collaborate with parents, staff, and stakeholders to communicate program goals, progress, and outcomes effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable educational standards and organizational policies.
  • Coordinate with external partners, including NAVTTC programs when applicable, to broaden learning opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate curriculum effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to improve educational processes.
  • Organize staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops to enhance instructional quality.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as record keeping, reporting, and resource procurement efficiently.
