Job Description

  • Answering Phone calls in a professional manner
  • Dealing with customer queries via phone and email
  • Liaising with high profile clients, Teachers and Management (On appointment)
  • Route calls to specific people.
  • Answer inquiries about The Company.
  • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
  • Schedule meetings.
  • Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.
  • Coordinate office activities.
  • Arrange appointments.
  • Send email and faxes.
  • Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
  • Take and relay messages.
  • Update appointment calendars.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments.
  • Making follow up calls
  • Manage the communication/circulation from Executive Management to all stakeholders
  • Handle and escalate client queries to the concerns timely, if required
  • Circulate meeting calendars to the stakeholders and strong follow ups
  • Oversee and coordinate variety of administrative tasks for the Executive Management as and when required
