Job Description

  • To analyze & resolve IT incidents with a varying degree of complexity
  • To maintain system performance across the authority’s IT estate
  • Assist with access control configuration to users across the Superior Group
  • To provide support for in excess of all Corporate systems
  • Determine the priority of incidents with users/Service Desk Team Leader
  • To maintain security of the Group’ IT assets and the safety, confidentially and integrity of data held within Group computer systems
  • To provide support to the Group’ telephony system(s)
  • To update the inventory of computer assets & software licenses
  • To perform daily operational tasks such as server checks, system backups and data transfer routines
