- Own all functions, services, and technologies related to unified communications, data networks, cloud services, servers (physical/virtual), perimeter security, and backups
- Define and manage IT Disaster Recovery Strategy for organization
- Test server performance plus provide network presentation statistics
- Provide support, training, and mentorship to infrastructure and network personnel to reduce technological gaps within the department
- Design, maintain, monitor, and support the compute, storage, perimeter security, Active Directory, data center, and data backup systems throughout the group
- Provide setup, administration, and support of all network and communications systems such as Local Area Networks, Internet connections and security, Cisco products, VPN, wireless technologies, etc.
- Manage and continually improve all operational procedures
