Job Description

Collect requirements from Director marketing and develop integrated communication plan – aligned with organization goals

  • Assisting director marketing in developing communication budget
  • Ensure implementation of the communication strategy 
  • Assist in developing high quality marketing collateral and communications including print, electronic and social media in close liaison with the Director Marketing. 
  • Assist Director Marketing in organization’s  internal communication across all SBUs.
  • Develop and ensure the customer (internal and external) service response to common complaints and the process in which they are resolved
  • Develop, keep up-to-date and ensure the implementation of brand management guidelines
  • Doing market analysis and research to evaluate general and industry specific trends, gaps and competitor’s practices 
  • Identify opportunities arising from the findings of detailed market analysis and proposing new ideas to be incorporated in communication plans
  • Developing relationship with Key media to secure and grow media coverage both online and offline
  • Communicating brand to internal customers and stakeholders
  • Assist in preparation and publishing of various communications (email, social media, blogs, press releases etc.)
  • In conjunction with the web team, create, adapt, improve and optimize web communication for SEO
  • Manage corporate branding by identifying appropriate media channels for targeted audience
  • Establish an effective presence of the brands through magazines, social media sites, blogs or other communication mediums
  • Monitoring press releases/stories relating to the organization and its various brands to ensure maximization of positive and effective publicity and promotion
  • Collating and analyzing current communications and messages and ensuring consistency and accuracy
  • Overseeing the annual communication budget and ensuring its effective use
  • Prepare key presentations and reports on the performance on quarterly as well as need basis
  • To perform all special tasks assigned by the Chairman’s secretariat of the similar nature
