We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and zealous Manager Sales & Marketing to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. He/She will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. Candidates for the role will be creative, charismatic knowledgeable and exceptionally well-versed in the latest sale and marketing techniques as well as tried-and-true practices.
- Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.
- Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
- Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitors share, and competitors strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; and establishing targeted market share.
