Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Planning, organizing and managing all activities related to program matters including academics as well as administrative.
  • Developing time table schedule of trainings with the consultation of concerned members and discuss it with departmental head for administrative support.
  • Corresponding with different stakeholders.
  • Reading Emails and replying promptly on those
  • Record Keeping of all the confidential documents of the department
  • Representing the Departmental Head in HisHer absence. Serve as a liaison on behalf of the departmental head with stakeholders
  • Developing and maintaining a close supportive working relationship with all the staff members within departments and university.
  • Helping and supporting Quality Department while conducting feedbacks.
  • Following up on examination matters including paper collection, verification from quality department and submission of paper to examination department.
  • To handle multiple responsibilities, solves complex problems and provides support, supervision and direction in ensuring consistency with the mission and vision of Superior.
