• Primarily to address technical and user experience issues relating to software implementation, function and upgrades.
• Need resolve customer complaints or problems and create product problem reports and troubleshooting documents for each issue.
• Work closely with development teams to identify and resolve any technical and user experience problems that might arise during the development.
• Leading training to educate customers about software products.
• Must have strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, strong communication, organizational and customer service skills.
• Develop and execute testing scenarios and automated functional tests.
• Promote a risk-aware culture to ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes
• Selection and implementation of software testing tools, testing technique and procedures.
