We are hiring 'Subject Specialist' with expertise in Physics and Computer Studies for our schools.
Candidates with knowledge and experience in both subjects are encouraged to apply
• To design and develop curriculum and all academic material/manuals/assessments/guidebooks etc. in timely manner as per the guidelines provided by academics department
• To develop and maintain research database that may be utilized to develop and review curriculum
• To maintain/store record of all academic material in hard and soft forms safely and accessible to the Associate Dean/Dean
• To collaborate with other team members to seek out and design innovative work
• To ensure smooth coordination and communication with the franchises
• To assist Associate Dean/Dean in planning and executing training programs, conferences and other learning and development activities
• To evaluate and review curriculum and strategies of competitors annually and to introduce latest ideas in the curriculum of TSS
• To adhere to the official policies and procedures
• To provide assistance to the QA department as and when required
• To visit franchises to train and assist staff in implementation of the curriculum developed by the head office
• To monitor and assure compliance of academic policies and procedures in the franchises assigned by the management
• To plan, develop and conduct onsite, offsite, online trainings as per the academic schedule and to monitor the performance of trainees
• To help TSS in developing and publishing Newsletters, Magazines or other genres of official publications
• To prepare daily achievement report and discuss it with the Associate Dean/Dean as and when required
• Performing all other duties of similar nature or level assigned by the Management
