Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support to legal issues.
- Manage legal process, litigations and business transactions.
- Analyze and identify legal risks and implications.
- Draft, review, negotiate and administer legal and transactional documentations.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and/or specialists.
- Keep management abreast of all new laws and regulations that may have implications to the Company.
Requirements:
- LLB with at least 4 years of post qualification experience gained in private practice and/or in‐house.
- Being reliable and trustworthy
- Extensive knowledge of commercial laws and regulations
- Excellent problem‐solving, analytical and organizational skills
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills
- Being flexible
- Being able to think quickly.
- Having research abilities.
- Having knowledge of the latest rules.
- Being able to speak with authority.
