The right candidate for the Top Engineering Position in TAQ-CFS should be able to get the Engineering and Construction projects of TAQ CFS completed:
· As per the ‘Plans of TAQ CFS BOD’ by estimating / budgeting in advance, the required resources of investment of ‘Money and People’ in the planned construction projects:
· And in acquisition of required resources as well; by making advisory proposals and suggestions to assist the related ‘decisions makers in the organization’ in concluding better decisions on the subjects.
A candidate for the top position obviously should not only be duly qualified in the subjects of engineering and management:
But should also have a track record of sound experience (of minimum 5-10 years) to prove that he can / is able to successfully:
· Develop and complete programs, designs, and engineering solutions for the construction of residential and commercial buildings.
· And in this regard interact with consulting architects/engineers, contractors, suppliers, etc. on behalf of the Company
· Is able to travel frequently and locate himself at project sites for longer durations.
· His personal integrity is beyond doubt.
· A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a good University with 5 years’ experience; is a minimum required qualification. But a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering (with specialization in Building Construction) with a good experience of construction work (and of employment) may also apply.
