Key Accounts Manager - Warehousing Sales
Primary Responsibilities
- To maximize revenue of each assigned customer, while ensuring that agreed revenue targets are achieved each month.
- To act as key interface between the customer and all related divisions of the company
- To ensure compliance with customer’s agreed SLAs in all service areas
- Maintenance of service contracts with customers including initial contract definition, which will contain the list of services, deliverables, performance targets (KPIs), liabilities, etc.
- Reporting of performance on regular basis for ongoing business (as per agreed reporting formats and timelines)
- Ensuring timely invoicing to the customer
- Ensuring timely recovery from the customer
