Shipment Coordination: Plan, schedule, and manage shipping activities by booking cargo space with shipping lines, airlines, and arranging transportation routes.
Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and verify shipping and customs documents, ensuring adherence to international and local regulations.
Cargo Handling & Safety: Oversee safe loading/unloading of cargo and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Client & Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with clients, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and customs authorities to ensure smooth shipment operations.
Tracking & Reporting: Monitor shipment progress, resolve delays or issues, and maintain accurate shipment and billing records.
