Primary Responsibilities
- Design and implementation of processes to ensure successful delivery of logistics services (warehousing and transportation) at the target performance levels and within budgeted costs. Design will include
- Definition of workflows (SOPs),
- HR structure,
- Job descriptions
- Checklists, forms etc.
o Reports to monitor performance
- Assess existing processes to identify opportunities for productivity improvement and/or cost reduction.
- Troubleshoot issues, inefficiencies and challenges in existing processes and find optimum solutions.
- Ensure processes comply with HSE standards.
- Perform financial costing for implementation of new/modified processes, including capital and operational costs.
- Ensure all processes are designed in a cost-effective manner.

Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from reputable university
- 5 years’ experience in operations in a related field.
- Experience working with CAD and AutoCAD.
